Developments in the Netherlands: Dutch Advocate-General advises referring preliminary questions to ECJ regarding interpretation EC Merger Directive

Advocate-General Wattel of the Dutch Supreme Court published an Opinion on 22 December 2006, in which he advises the Dutch Supreme Court to refer preliminary questions to the ECJ regarding the interpretation of the anti-abuse provision in the EC Merger Directive.
