Without prejudice to the functions of personal representatives for the purposes of administration,84 personal representatives who hold land subject to a trust of land may, by power of attorney,85 delegate any of their functions which relate to the land, for any period or indefinitely, to any person or persons of full age who are interested in possession in the due administration of the estate.86
