5.5.1 Overview

Contrary to what was originally thought to be the case, the statute is prescriptive and provides an exclusive list of information that is deemed to be before the hypothetical officer for these purposes (see 5.5.3 below).

If a document falls outside that list then, no matter how unlikely it would be that any real-life officer would not consider its contents, the information on that document cannot be attributed to the hypothetical officer.
