6.9.1 Overview

It was mentioned at 1.3.2 (Contracts overview) that British expats should ensure they are fully conversant with the contract terms regarding the company rules on sickness leave, sick pay, holidays, etc. From the point of view of holidays there may be issues regarding residence in the UK, and as far as sickness is concerned there may be ongoing issues that require repatriation to the UK.
