A corporate vehicle is equally suitable for either of the following situations:

The number of investors is relatively small and forms a closely knit group of individuals, such as a family enterprise. The simplest such ‘group’ is a single individual who is the sole shareholder of the company.

The group of investors is larger and more diverse. The investors can be individuals, other companies or institutional investors such as pension funds, as well as overseas investors.
