From a date to be appointed, once a defendant has been sentenced, the court may subsequently review that sentence in three situations:

(1)where the defendant was given a reduced sentence as a result of an agreement to offer to assistance to the prosecutor, but has knowingly failed to give that promised assistance, to any extent;

(2)where the defendant, having received a reduced sentence and having complied fully with the terms of the agreement to provide assistance, subsequently enters into another agreement with the prosecutor to provide further assistance; or
