A deemed supply may concern:

(1)a transaction that is normally not seen as producing a taxable supply, but for VAT purposes there is a supply;

(2)a transaction where the liability to account for output tax is placed on a person other than the one who is normally seen as liable;

(3)a transaction where the supplier for VAT purposes is not the person who actually made the supply; or
