Supply – Company used to buy goods for export from different operating companies in the group and sell those goods on to overseas buyers – Meaning of ‘supply’ – Goods retained for very short time – Whether there was ‘supply’ as there was no transfer of possession.

  The issue was whether a company formed to export all goods from the group companies could be said to market the goods.
