In heading to Sch. 1, the words “, 3 and 3A” substituted for the words “and 3” by PA 2014, s. 25 and Sch. 15, para. 12, with effect from 12 October 2015 (2015/1475, art. 3).

In heading to Sch. 1, the words “1B,” inserted by SSA 1998, s. 86(1) and Sch. 7, para. 77(1), with effect from 6 April 1999 by virtue of SI 1998/2209 (C. 47), art. 2(c) and Sch., Pt. III.
