Landlord and tenant – Agricultural holding – Licence to occupy land for use as agricultural land – Farming partnership – Part of house occupied by managing partner rent free – Whether active managing partner occupying land and part of house under licence – Agricultural Holdings Act 1948, s. 2(1).

  This was an appeal by the plaintiffs against a decision of Salmon J refusing their application for an injunction to restrain the defendant from entering a house and land appurtenant thereto.
