Income Tax. – Schedule E. – Deduction. – Expenses. A solicitor residing and carrying on his profession at Worcester is Clerk to the Justices at Bromyard.

  

  Held, that he is not entitled to deduct from the emoluments of his office the cost of travelling between Worcester and Bromyard.
